Timberbrook does concrete work in central Iowa — new pours and repairs, for both functional and decorative applications. For new work, we handle driveways, sidewalks, patios, foundations, garage slabs, steps, and stamped or decorative concrete. We pour and finish to grade, accounting for Iowa's freeze-thaw cycles, which are hard on concrete that isn't properly prepared and reinforced from the start.
For repairs, we assess what's causing the problem before recommending a fix — whether that's crack injection, slab lifting, partial replacement, or a full repour. Surface-only fixes on structurally compromised concrete don't last, and we won't recommend one just to close a job quickly.
All concrete work is quoted on-site after we look at the scope. If it's a new pour, we'll talk through drainage, base prep, and finish options before anything gets scheduled.
