Some projects don't need a formal design phase. They need a skilled builder, quality materials, and clear communication. Tyler handles planning and construction, and you get a line-item estimate before any work starts.

What you get:
Site visit and scope assessment. Line-item estimate with no hidden costs. Direct communication with Tyler throughout the build. The same quality materials and craftsmanship as any project we take on.
When your project involves layout decisions, finish selections, or rethinking how a space works, it helps to spend time on design before construction starts. Tyler leads the planning with your input on layout and materials, usually over one or two focused design meetings.
What fits here:
What you get:
Everything in Build, plus one to two design meetings to work through layout, materials, and finishes. Visual references and material samples to help you decide. A locked-in scope before the build begins.
For projects where the design decisions are complex, like a new home, a major addition, a whole-home remodel—you need a designer and a builder working together from day one. Alicia leads the design. Tyler consults on the build. The person shaping your vision and the person building it are solving problems together before a single board is cut.
What fits here:
What you get:
Everything in Design + Build, plus a full three-phase design process: an initial meeting to understand your vision, goals, and pain points; a second meeting with floor plans, mood boards, and design options; and a third meeting to lock in every finish and detail. Drawings and mock-ups so you can see the space before it's built. A formal design-to-build transition meeting with your final line-item invoice and a walkthrough of the entire build process. Alicia and Tyler collaborating on your project from start to finish.

I am extremely happy with my deck floor. It looks really amazing. They really care about the work they do and Tyler is very honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done.
We are very happy we went with Timberbrook Builders for our kitchen project! Alicia did a great job addressing the problem areas and coming up with different designs/layouts for our kitchen. Tyler and crew made it happen. As with any project there were a few hiccups, but they were able to work around the issues and come up with great alternative options that we were very happy with! They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, and eased any concerns we thought we had. They were conscious about working with and sticking to our budget, and thanks to them, we got our dream kitchen!
Exceptional skill sets and professional, friendly personnel! Highly recommend for any new builds or remodeling projects!
Working with Timberbrook has been a great experience. They have been working on a 650+ square foot two story addition and renovation to my 1910 home. As with any work on a home that age and a project that size it hasn't been without its surprises. Timberbrook communicates changes and progress in a timely manner. The quality of their build is top notch. I've had friends in the construction industry stop by and comment on the foundation and frame work, then again on the finished work. They did a great job ensuring the exterior matched the 100+ year old aesthetic of the house. The co-owner and designer has helped us put together vision boards and 3-d mock ups of the spaces so we could make design decision. The lead builder, Tyler, has been open to feedback and minor changes to plans and finishes along the way. I would highly recommend Timberbrook for just about anything. Before going with Timberbrook we had one other company, very reputable, that we got a quote from -Timberbrook was a MUCH better (lower) estimate and we've stayed well within their bid. Their subs (they don't use many) are really great too. Magic Electric with Angus -highly recommend.
